Privacy policy

This page explains what data we collect when you visit this page and when you fill in the TCG Field contact form, what we use it for, how long we keep it, and how you can access it, correct it or request its deletion, under Chilean Law 21.719 on personal data protection.

Who processes your data

TCG Field is the platform responsible for processing the data we collect on this page. We do not sell your data, and we do not share the information you send in the contact form with third parties: we use it only to respond to your request. To measure how this page is used, we may enable Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics, analytics services from Google that receive data about your browsing when they are configured (see “Analytics and cookies” below).

What data we collect

When you fill in the contact form on this page, we store:

When you create your store

To create a store we ask for your name, your store's name and web address, your country and your email, and we send you a code to check that the email is yours. We do not ask for a phone number or card details. We keep that request only while the process lasts: if you never confirm it, it is deleted automatically shortly after the code expires; if you do confirm it, it is kept for a limited time as a record of the signup and then deleted too. Of the code we store only an encrypted fingerprint, never the code or your password in plain text, and we never record your IP address in that request. Our answer is always the same whether or not an account exists for that email, so nobody can use this form to find out whether you have an account. The page also leaves none of your personal data in the browser: it uses one cookie with the request identifier and another technical security cookie to protect the form; neither contains personal data. Usage statistics record only the step reached, without your email, your name or your store's name.

What we use it for

We use the form data exclusively to contact you and move forward with setting up your TCG Field store: coordinating your implementation, your domain and your payment method. We do not use the form data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to third parties for that purpose.

Protection against automated submissions

The form includes an invisible decoy field and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated activity. The Cloudflare widget runs in your browser and communicates directly with Cloudflare, which over that connection may temporarily process technical data such as your IP address, your browser and device signals in order to carry out the verification. TCG Field, for its part, sends Cloudflare only the code generated by the challenge: it does not give Cloudflare your IP address, your name, email, phone number or the content of the form, and the decoy field is resolved entirely within TCG Field without consulting anyone. From that verification TCG Field stores only its result: confirmed, unavailable, or discarded by the decoy field. A discarded submission is kept for the same period and with the same rights as any other, so that it can be reviewed if it was a mistake.

Analytics and cookies

When the platform operator enables Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics, those Google services load in order to understand how this page is used (for example, which sections are visited). To do so, Google may set cookies in your browser and receive data about your browsing, such as your IP address, the browser you use and the pages you visit, which it processes under its own policies. This analytics data is used only to improve the site; it is not combined with the data you submit in the contact form, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. You can block these cookies from your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact request for up to 24 months from when you sent it. After that period it is deleted automatically by a scheduled purge process: you do not need to ask for it. You can request its deletion before that period at any time (see below).

Chilean Law 21.719 gives you the following rights over your personal data:
