Terms of service

These terms govern the use of TCG Field, the management and sales platform for trading card stores, including the TCG Field app for Shopify. By creating an account or installing the app, you accept these terms.

The service

TCG Field gives card stores a platform to manage their catalog, inventory, prices and sales, with an online store, a point of sale and other features. What each plan includes and its current prices are published at tcgfield.com.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you register, for keeping your credentials secure and for what the people you give access to your store do. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the store you register.

Your data

Your store's data is yours: your products, your inventory, your customers and your sales. We process it only to provide the service to you, as our privacy policy explains. You can ask for a copy or for its deletion by writing to [email protected].

Prices and charges

The platform's prices are published at tcgfield.com. If you install the TCG Field app for Shopify from the Shopify App Store, Shopify bills the app's charges on your Shopify invoice, according to the plan you choose in Shopify, and TCG Field does not charge you for that app in any other way.

TCG Field app for Shopify

The app connects your Shopify store with your TCG Field store. With your authorization, it reads your Shopify store's locations and reads and updates its products and inventory: it imports your cards into TCG Field and, if you turn on the sync, publishes the cards in stock on Shopify and keeps their price and stock up to date. TCG Field is the source of the products the app publishes, so a price changed by hand in Shopify is replaced on the next update. Your Shopify store keeps taking payments through Shopify's checkout.

Responsibility for the Shopify app

TCG Field is solely responsible for the TCG Field app for Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for the app, its failures or any damages that may arise from installing or using it. Unless Shopify expressly states otherwise, Shopify does not provide support for installing or using the app: TCG Field provides support at [email protected]. TCG Field is solely responsible for anything arising from access to and use of the app, including support and the processing of your store's data.

If you uninstall the app

You can uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify admin. The sync stops at once and the data that came from your Shopify store is deleted within 30 days, as the privacy policy explains. The products the app already published stay in your Shopify store, and what you created in TCG Field stays in your TCG Field account.

Your commercial freedom

Nothing in these terms requires you to use TCG Field exclusively, or prevents you from using other services or apps, developing your own products or doing business with anyone you choose.

Acceptable use

You may not use TCG Field to sell illegal or counterfeit products, to send unsolicited communications, or to try to access other stores' data or disrupt the platform.

Service availability

We work to keep the platform available and working correctly, but we cannot guarantee that it will never have interruptions or errors. If you notice a problem, let us know at [email protected].

Ending the service

You can stop using TCG Field at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, notifying you first unless there is a risk to other stores or to the platform.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page and notify you in advance when the change affects your rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
