How it works
Type your domain
In Settings › Domains, the wizard asks for the address. We recommend the www version, for example www.yourstore.com.
Copy the records
You create the TXT and CNAME records we show you in your domain's DNS dashboard, with a button to copy each name and each value.
We check it
We check the connection and the SSL certificate is issued. When your domain is live, the dashboard tells you and your store opens there.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to buy the domain from TCG Field?
No. You use a domain you already own or buy one wherever you like, and connect it from your dashboard. Connecting it costs nothing on TCG Field, on the free plan too; you pay for and renew the domain with whoever sells it to you.
How long until my domain works?
It depends on your DNS provider: a change usually shows up within 10 minutes to 1 hour, and with some providers it can take up to 48 hours. Meanwhile your store stays open on its .tcgfield.com address, which keeps working afterwards too.
Does my store get https on my domain?
Yes. Your domain's SSL certificate is issued as part of the connection, at no cost, and the dashboard marks your domain as live only once ownership is verified and the certificate is active.
Can I use my domain without www?
A subdomain such as www.yourstore.com works with any DNS provider. The root domain (yourstore.com) only works if your provider offers a root CNAME, called ALIAS, ANAME or CNAME flattening; if it does not, use the www version.
International billing and payment methods
In Chile, the plan is paid in CLP by manual bank transfer. Outside Chile, your buyers can only pay by bank transfer for now. In Chile, you can also configure Mercado Pago cards and installments.
