How a customer buys in your store
The customer's journey, from cart to payment.
In your online store the customer searches for cards, chooses condition and quantity, and adds them to the cart. The cart saves what they want to buy, but doesn't reserve stock — and starting checkout doesn't set anything aside either: stock is committed only when the order is created, at payment. The only exception is an identified unit (a specific physical copy with its own photo): that one is set aside for 15 minutes when checkout starts, and if it's already taken the platform explains it clearly, keeps the rest ready to buy and lets them save it to Favorites.
