Condition and finish
Every condition and every finish, with its own price and stock.
TCG Field is the e-commerce platform for card stores that sells each copy by its condition and finish. A nonfoil NM Lightning Bolt and an LP foil one are variants of the same card, each with its own price and stock, and your customer picks the one they want.

How it works
Add each copy as it is
When you receive or import cards, you set the condition (NM, LP, MP, HP or DMG) and the finish. Each combination becomes a variant with its own stock.
Every variant has a price
With automatic pricing, Magic's LP, MP and HP copies start from the NM market price less your condition discount. A price you set by hand stays until you edit it.
Your customer picks the copy
On the card page they pick a condition and a finish, and see that copy's price and stock. A combination with no stock stays visible as “Sold out”.
Compared with a generic online store
| What you need | Generic online store | With TCG Field |
|---|---|---|
| One card in several conditions | One listing per condition, made by hand | One listing with every condition and finish as a variant |
| Price by condition | You work out each price in a spreadsheet | A condition discount off the NM price in Magic, or a price set by hand |
| Stock | One number for every copy | Its own stock per condition and finish, the same at your till |
What it looks like in your admin
Every variant of the card in one table, each with its stock and price. Automatic prices and prices set by hand each carry their own mark.

LP, MP and HP come from the NM price less your condition discount. DMG has a price set by hand.
Frequently asked questions
What is TCG Field?
TCG Field is an e-commerce platform built for trading card stores. Every card is sold by condition and finish, with its own price and stock for each copy, in your online store and at your point of sale.
Which conditions and finishes can I use?
Five conditions: NM (near mint), LP (lightly played), MP (moderately played), HP (heavily played) and DMG (damaged). The finishes are the ones that printing of the card has: in Magic, nonfoil, foil or etched.
How is a played copy priced?
On the automatic pricing plan, Magic's market price is for an NM copy, and LP, MP and HP copies get the discount you set (10%, 20% and 30% by default). The discount does not cover DMG: you set the price of those copies, or of any copy with a special price, by hand, and it stays until you edit it.
Do my customers see sold-out copies?
Yes. On the card page every condition stays visible; one with no stock shows as sold out and cannot be added to the cart, so your customer picks another copy.
International billing and payment methods
In Chile, the plan is paid in CLP by manual bank transfer. Outside Chile, your buyers can only pay by bank transfer for now. In Chile, you can also configure Mercado Pago cards and installments.
