Shopify connection and initial import
Connect your Shopify store and import catalog and stock with a single wizard; afterwards you can turn on the sync.
If you sell on Shopify, connect your store in the Store step of Inventory › Import from Shopify. From there the single initial-import journey brings over catalog and stock with extraction, branches, simulation, pending items and application. When you finish importing, the sync is the ongoing operation that publishes and maintains prices and stock; it isn't another way to start an import.

Connect your store
- Press Install from Shopify: the TCG Field app opens in the Shopify App Store. When you install it, Shopify asks you to authorize access to products, inventory and locations: the import reads them and the Shopify sync, if you turn it on, publishes your cards and updates their stock.
- When you accept, the app's page opens inside your Shopify admin. Press Link with TCG Field: TCG Field opens in a new tab, where you sign in as the owner and confirm with Link store. The link is valid for 15 minutes; if it expires, open the app in Shopify again.
- The authorization renews itself while you use it. If more than 90 days pass without using it, the connection closes: open the TCG Field app in your Shopify admin again and link it again. Your products in TCG Field aren't touched.
- You can disconnect whenever you want with Disconnect, next to the connected store; the sync stops, your products in TCG Field aren't touched and the review tray is still available.
- If you uninstall the app from Shopify, the connection closes instantly and, within 30 days, we delete what we stored from that Shopify store: the review tray, the import history and the sync links. The products, variants and stock already in your TCG Field store are kept.
Import your initial catalog
- Connect Shopify and press Start import. If you already started a run, the button resumes it at the step the wizard reports.
- In Branches and warehouses choose what to do with the stock of each Shopify location: link it to a branch, create a branch or don't bring it over.
- Simulate the result and resolve the products without a destination before approving. Products and stock are imported into TCG Field only when you apply. Catalog cards use your pricing rule; other products keep their Shopify price. Customer and order history is optional and is read separately in the last step.
- After importing, set up Shopify sync to operate products that are already linked.
Previous imports
If you had an import started with the previous tool, it isn't deleted or mixed with the current wizard. As the owner you see Previous imports only when those runs exist, and from there you can review, create as your own product or dismiss their pending items. That screen doesn't start or reconcile imports again.
- Choose card lets you finish reviewing an inherited item with the right card, condition and finish.
- Create as own product keeps an inherited product as a draft so you can review it before publishing.
- Dismiss closes an inherited item you don't want to bring in.
- The View selector also lets you review items already resolved, dismissed or with errors.
