Settings
Settings and your store's details
How Settings is organized, your store's details and the publish switch.
When you press Settings in the menu you see the list of its sections. Each one covers a single topic and is saved separately, with its own Save button. On a computer, while you're in Settings the main menu shrinks to its icons (hovering over one shows its name, and over Inventory or Point of sale, their pages) and the list of sections opens as a second column, with a search box that filters it as you type, for example «transfer» or «domain». On a phone, the menu opens straight to that list with Back to menu to return to the full menu, and from each section you go back to it with Back to Settings:
- General: the store's name, time zone, and your store's address, country and currency.
- Plan and billing: your plan, what you've used in the period, the commission and your invoices.
- Users and permissions: who enters the panel and with which role.
- Payments: Mercado Pago, cash, card and transfer, with the Transfer details whoever pays you that way will see. Depending on the country you can enter an account or IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, routing or sort code, currency, instructions and labeled additional details.
- Shipping and pickup: shipping zones and rates, and whether your store offers in-store pickup today (it turns on only when at least one branch accepts it in Branches).
- Branches: your shops and warehouses.
- Games: the games you sell and whether the buyer sees their whole catalog or only in-stock cards.
- Domains: your store's web address and your own domain, with a three-step wizard (details below). There you can also choose to keep your .tcgfield.com address.
- Measurement: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics on your pages, and the confirmed purchases reported to Meta and Google.
- Policies: terms and conditions, privacy, and exchanges and returns.
Save and confirm changes
When you save, the panel checks your store's data again before confirming the change. That's why Saving… may continue after the change has already been applied.
Verify your own domain
When you save a domain, the screen shows you a table with all the DNS records you must create, each with its type, its name and its value, and buttons to copy each name and each value:
- A TXT record, which proves the domain is yours.
- One or more SSL validation TXT records, if the table shows them: copy them all, even if they have the same name and different values. They allow your domain's certificate to be issued.
- A CNAME record, whose name is your own domain and whose value is the target we show you: it's the one that directs traffic to your store.
- 1. What it is
- 2. Your domain
- 3. Connection

Your store stays open on its current address meanwhile.Your store stays open on its current address meanwhile.Your domain is now serving your store.
We check the status only while this screen is open. A DNS change usually shows up within 10 minutes to 1 hour.
- Go to the DNS panel where you manage your domain (whoever sold it to you, or whoever manages your DNS today).
- Create a record for each row of the table: choose the indicated type and copy its name and value.
- If the panel asks for a TTL, leave the default value.
- Save the changes. The screen checks again on its own while it's open, and you can also press Verify now.
- Pending: you saved the domain but the DNS records haven't been checked yet; your store doesn't respond there yet.
- Verified → Active: the records were checked and the SSL certificate was issued. Only then does the domain really serve your store.
- Failed: the screen explains the reason (for example, a miscopied DNS record); fix it and verify again.
If the check doesn't pass, the screen tells you in words what's missing —the TXT record, the CNAME, the certificate still being issued, or that we couldn't check the status right now—. When the provider returns an original message, it's available under Technical details, in case you need to give it to us when asking for help.
When ownership is verified and the certificate is active, the Open my domain link appears. Only then does your domain really serve the store: before that the link isn't shown, so you aren't sent to an address that doesn't respond yet.
Measure visits with Google
In Settings › Measurement, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics card, you can paste a Google Tag Manager identifier (GTM-...), a Google Analytics 4 one (G-...), both or neither. The platform only accepts those identifiers: it doesn't accept hand-written HTML or JavaScript. This is separate from TCG Field's own measurement: your store's visits are already counted on their own and you see them in Reports › Visits, without setting anything up here.
Publish your store
In Online store there's the Publish my store card, which decides whether your store is visible to the public or in draft. It's the only place where the store is published: the Home notice and the wizard's publishing step take you there. A new store starts hidden until you publish it. (It's different from the Publish design button in Online store › Design, which publishes only your storefront's look.)
To publish you need to meet three requirements: have at least one product in your catalog, at least one active payment method for the website (Mercado Pago connected —connecting it turns online payment on—, or bank transfer with its details loaded and its web switch on) and the pricing settings saved in Products › Pricing. They're three of the five steps of the Get ready for your first sale guide on Home (prices, first card, payments, shipping and publishing), and the card shows them with those same rows. The publish button is enabled when these three requirements are met; if you try anyway by another route, the server rejects it and tells you what's missing. Going back to draft (unpublishing) never has this restriction. While your store is in draft, the Publish my store card in Online store explains each of those three requirements, shows the exact number of products and, next to each pending one, a link to the screen that resolves it: Load cards opens Receive stock, Set up payments opens Payments and Set up prices opens Products › Pricing. The Publish my store button in the Home notice and the wizard's publishing step take you to that card.
